Cycon Civil is a leading Construction partner of choice with third parties certification with our Management Systems. Monero Constructions Australia established in 2017 is an Indigenous owned and led Civil Construction Company, specialising in concrete construction services. Construction of formwork, reinforcement and placement of concrete on projects of any size across Victoria.
Monero Constructions is a proud Indigenous owned and led Civil Construction company specializing in concrete structures, Owned and operating since 2017, Director Gary Mongta – proud Monaro Ngarigo man expertly manages the construction of formwork, reinforcement, and placement of concrete on projects of various sizes in Victoria.

Forming our Joint Venture partnership in 2019 between Cycon Civil and Monero Constructions – We strive to deliver projects whilst giving back to our communities. Our combined forces in partnership is what creates Cycon Monero Group – We are Supply Nation & Kinaway Certified. We partner with social enterprises, non-for-profits and Aboriginal businesses that deliver results that creates impacts to workforces, across our projects and to the wider communities.
We strive to set indigenous employment goals for projects awarded under the joint venture. As such, we implement culturally appropriate recruitment practices and programs to attract Cultural safety. We also provide training and development programs for all employees under the joint venture. We also promote cultural awareness, diversity & inclusion training to all employees. We deliver civil construction projects across Victoria in earthmoving, formwork and concreting services.
Cycon Monero Group has built two stable profitable business that has joined in partnership to enable long-term employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers on iconic projects across Victoria. We consistently have 40% of Indigenous employees on our projects.
