Our combined forces in the partnership are what creates Cycon Monero Group – We are Supply Nation & Kinaway Certified. We partner with social enterprises, non-for-profits & Aboriginal businesses that deliver results that create impacts to workforces, across our projects & to the wider communities.
We strive to set indigenous employment goals for projects awarded under the joint venture. As such, we implement culturally appropriate recruitment practices and programs to attract Cultural safety. We also provide training and development programs for all employees under the joint venture. We also promote cultural awareness, diversity & inclusion training to all employees. We deliver civil construction projects across Victoria in earthmoving, formwork, and concreting services.
Cycon Monero Group has built two stable profitable businesses that have joined in partnership to enable long-term employment opportunities for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander job seekers on iconic projects across Victoria. We consistently have 40% of Indigenous employees on our projects.
